Why you must NOT tow an electric car the usual way
In an EV, the motor is permanently connected to the wheels. Towing with wheels on the road spins the motor and generates uncontrolled voltage — which can cause serious damage. Every manufacturer requires a flatbed truck only. And if your only problem is an empty battery, you don't need towing at all: on-the-spot charging is faster, safer and usually cheaper.

Safety first: turn on your hazard lights, pull over to the shoulder, and on highways get everyone behind the guardrail. How does mobile EV charging work?
Our service vehicle carries a mobile charging unit. We come to you — roadside, parking garage, or hotel parking — plug into your car's standard CCS2 port, and charge for 15–30 minutes. That gives you 10–30 km of range, enough to reach the nearest fast-charging station and continue your trip.
How much does emergency EV charging cost in Israel?
One all-inclusive price, no per-kWh billing: 899 ILS for a planned callout to a parked car (arrival within 8 hours, weekdays), 1,099 ILS for immediate emergency charging on weekdays 08:00–20:00, and 1,350 ILS for SOS Plus — 24/7 including nights and Shabbat, with a 12V reset if needed and an escort to a charger until it accepts the charge. The market ranges from 750 to 1,600 ILS, usually plus extras.
I have a rental EV — can you still help me?
Yes. We service all EV models sold in Israel (they all use the European CCS2 standard), including rentals. You will receive a proper invoice to submit to your rental company for reimbursement. We recommend also notifying the rental company's hotline.
